Adam grew up in Bethesda, MD, with his parents & two older brothers. He received his B.A. in psychology from the University of Virginia in 1997. He spent 2 years researching at the NIH before moving to San Diego where he began his real estate career as a marketing consultant.
Starting in 2004, Adam joined Prudential California Realty and began working with his first clients as a licensed Realtor. He also worked at Keller Williams Realty for ~5 years before starting his own brokerage, 73 Degrees Realty, in 2012. Since then, Adam has represented over 200 clients in residential & commercial transactions & has sold over $120 million in personal sales, in addition to managing other Realtors at his brokerage.
Adam completed his first short-sale in 2009. He successfully completed over 25 short-sales over the next 5 years before local short sales vanished. Now that short sales have returned in various parts of the country, he has partnered with long-time friend and short sale specialist Michael Perry, to offer short sale negotiation services nationwide to other Realtors.
As a real estate broker & consultant, Adam specializes in providing patient personal service with an intellectual touch. With an educational approach, his clients are comfortable making informed decisions that meet their needs. Through years of training and experience as a broker, Adam has developed into a skillful coach & negotiator that always has his clients best interests at heart.
Adam’s family includes his wife, 2 boys, and the family dog. His hobbies include soccer, snowboarding, camping, hiking/biking, cooking, travel, gardening, guitar, motorcycles, spiritual studies and basically any outdoors activity or sport.
